The Opportunity
We are currently partnering with a well-established multidisciplinary allied health provider seeking a Senior Occupational Therapist to join their growing paediatric team. They are a growing company with several clinics across Queensland in Brisbane and Gold Coast, with other clinics across other states.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced OT looking to step into a senior position with a serious organisation, with a strong focus on clinical supervision and mentoring while continuing to maintain a hands-on clinical caseload.

You’ll join a supportive team of 5 Occupational Therapists, working alongside 6 Speech Pathologists, 2 Physiotherapists and Allied Health Assistants.

The Role

  • Provide clinical supervision and mentoring to 3 early-career Occupational Therapists
  • Manage your own paediatric NDIS caseload
  • Work primarily with children presenting with Autism, ADHD, learning difficulties and developmental challenges
  • Approximately 60–65% clinic-based, with the remainder delivered in the community
  • Community visits are reimbursed with a kilometre allowance
  • 5 billable hours per day, with supervision hours included within your billable target
  • Career progression to Team Lead and Area Manager
  • Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
  • Contribute to clinical discussions, case management and ongoing professional development

About You

  • 4+ years of experience as an Occupational Therapist
  • Passion for Paediatrics
  • Well versed with the NDIS
  • Comfortable in Clinic & Community settings
  • AHPRA Registered
  • Degree in Occupational Therapy
